We are out-of-network for all other providers. We will provide receipts after each session and a monthly superbill to assist you with requesting reimbursement from your insurance company.
Depending on your current health insurance provider, it may be possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. We will provide you with the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance company when requesting reimbursement for out of network services once payment for your session is received in full.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid charges. Any sessions that are not canceled 24 hours in advance will incur the full rate fee for the session.
